We provide technical assistance to governmental education agencies, colleges and universities, school districts, non-profit, and other community-based educational organizations within the United States and Canada.

Sul & Associates International is led by David Sul, Ed.D. Sul has over 20 years experience as an external and internal evaluator and teaches program evaluation, research methods, and organizational theory at Sonoma State University. He is a doctoral candidate in Education at the University of San Francisco and is the 2021 Chair of the American Evaluation Association (AEA) STEM Topical Interest Group (TIG).
