Blue Haven Initiative, a single-family office that invests for impact, manages a diversified portfolio across asset classes and impact themes, which makes it challenging to standardize impact measurement across the portfolio. This session covers how the team built two tools to address that: an Impact Diligence Scorecard applied consistently across all investments at the diligence stage, and Impact Snapshots that track outcomes over each investment's lifecycle. We'll walk practitioners through the iterations it took to get there, including what didn't work and why.
