Title: Logic models: Prioritizing process over product

Summary: This session will demonstrate the participatory process used by the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center (MCCCC) to develop a logic model for the Cancer Research Training and Education team. The presenter will share a high-level workshop agenda that can be implemented in either virtual or in-person environments, including interactive activities geared to an audience of non-evaluators. Participants in this session will leave with tangible and creative ideas to build evaluation capacity in their own organization.

Israel will share his experience as an Internal Evaluator strengthening learning with the Development team. We'll also hear from Sarah on her perspective as an independent consultant supporting Evaluation & Learning efforts for nonprofit organizations. There will also be time for the audience to meet in breakout sessions to further discuss points of interest.
