May 2026: Relational Systems Evaluation rubrics as tools for building and measuring evaluation capacity (open access here)

Evaluating ECB efforts doesn't always look at the quality of the work produced via those ECB efforts. There's a gap in evaluating ECB using non-self-report measures: focus should be on what people produce, rather than what they report. These rubrics serve as both measurement and reflection/learning tools; are open access tools; flexible enough to be adapted to specific contexts.
