Kimberly Harris (Kim) is the founder of Educa Consulting, and a trained economist specializing in culturally responsive and liberatory consultation that centers communities. Kim’s work also includes research, evaluation, and consultation in the organizational-behavior and industrial psychology space. With more than two-decades of research and evaluation experience, her work seeks to norm strengths based, human centered methodologies, centering and prioritizing organizations, communities, their human-experiences, and the wisdom they bring to quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methodological inquiry. Her practice is both informed and inspired by the credo of “nothing about us, without us, is for us”, and as such Kim co-constructs highly collaborative, community co-led work, that transparently acknowledges their subject matter expertise. Kim regularly conducts interdisciplinary consultations framed by issues of economic equity in various sectors including housing, STEM, and the arts.

“Dr. Jeantyl Norze is an Associate Professor for Organizational Accountability and Evaluation within the Department of Community, Professional, and Economic Development at the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture. He has extensive experience both internationally and domestically. Throughout his career, Dr. Norze has collaborated with faculty and staff from numerous academic institutions, including Louisiana State University, University of Nevada, Reno, University of Connecticut, and University of Arkansas Fayetteville. Some of his collaborative work includes the submission of large grant proposals (USDA, NSF, EDA, etc.), strategic plan development, national survey development, indicator development, guidelines for statewide needs assessments, and various research projects. Additionally, he has taught several graduate and undergraduate courses, such as program evaluation, program development, leadership development, research methods, and statistics. Dr. Norze has also contributed as a mentor and advisor of many students and early career professionals, an editorial board member for a refereed journal and as a reviewer for federal grants and multiple journals, including the Academy of Management Journals, where he was honored as the 2022 best reviewer for Strategizing Activities and Practices. Currently, he serves as the secretary of the Program Staff Development in the Southern Region Program Leader Network.”
