This is the PowerPoint for the AEA 2015 skill-building workshop on Scrum project management. Scrum, an iterative and incremental project management methodology, is primarily used in the software development field. As a project management methodology that focuses on the usability of its end products and the iterative process to create that end product, it lends itself well for creating useful evaluations, particularly in complex and/or dynamic settings and when a team is involved in conducting the evaluation.
