It is now widely acknowledged by non-profit leaders that evaluation findings can potentially benefit an individual organization in a number of ways to gain a more competitive advantage. The presenters will describe the process used to conduct evaluation activities and share evaluation findings within a non-profit organization to help demonstrate value.
