This session from First 5 LA and Harder+Company Community Research detailed the steps necessary to create a stakeholder-friendly graphic timeline. Using an example from a place-based initiative led by First 5 LA, we outlined how process data can be displayed in an efficient and creative way. Presentation elements included strategies for collecting good data and visuals; data coding strategies to facilitate timeline production; easily accessible computer software that can be used to create the document; use of text boxes, graphic elements, and color to design a graphic timeline; and 5) printing and dissemination ideas for various stakeholders.#HowTo #2013Conference #DataVisualizationandReporting
