Eval13 Session 267: Measuring Changes in Teacher Practice - The use of multi-level modeling in evaluating teacher adoption of active learning techniques

This AEA 2013 presentation highlights data collected on teacher practice and student performance that were examined using Multi-Level Modeling (MLM) techniques to understand teachers’ adoption of Active Learning practices in Indonesian schools. Emphasis is placed on the practical value of these MLM results as evidence for sustained intervention, as well as the necessary components projects need to conduct such an analysis.
