Session 757 - Utilization Focused Evaluation Case Studies: UFE in Multijurisdictional/Tribal Contexts Nicole Bowman, Bowman Performance Consulting, nicky@bpcwi.com Presentation Abstract: UFE has been an integral framework to evaluation in Indigenous contexts where there is an intersection of Tribal, State, and Federal Government stakeholders. UFE strategies help to support the legal and multijurisdictional needs of sovereign Tribal stakeholders as they implement large-scale state and federally funded projects. The audience will receive examples and resources that show how UFE does support the legal, ethical, and cultural requirements for evaluation projects in Native American contexts. Implications for using UFE for international Indigenous evaluation will also be shared.
