The evaluation for the result of the 2 types of opioid drugs was done among the patients together with an interview on the health personnel who were responsible for the services and considered to have the stakeholders. The evaluation was set in accordance with the actual issues and regarded as the first step. Next, the board of the hospital should bring the results of this research into account for the effectiveness and efficiency evaluation in hope for the improvement of the quality of the services of the hospital for the ESWL in the future. This could be seen as a Bottom-Up approach according to Chen and Garbe’s concepts (2011).
