This PowerPoint file was presented at AEA Nov 2011 by the Alameda County Public Health Department. The presentation focused on stakeholder roles in evaluating an initiative to reduce violence and improve community well-being in two Oakland neighborhoods. The stakeholders include neighborhood residents, program staff and government officials, who have had various roles in tracking outcomes. Their roles have involved development of a program logic model, design of a door-to-door survey, responding to the survey, data analysis and interpretation. This presentation discussed stakeholder roles, and the benefits and challenges of working with them to determine whether the intervention has changed individuals, neighborhoods and inequities in crime and violence rates. #stakeholders #MultiethnicIssuesinEvaluation #neighborhoods #healthdisparities #government #Collaborative,ParticipatoryandEmpowermentEval #GovernmentEvaluation #2011Conference #MixedMethodsEvaluation #healthinequities #HealthEvaluation #ProgramTheoryandTheoryDrivenEvaluation
