The presentation showcases an evaluation of Pact's evaluation capacity development initiative in South Africa that targets managers of non government and community based organizations with the aim of improving their capacity to plan and manage evaluations. The findings indicate that the capacity building approach used by Pact shows promising results in improving evaluation practices among targeted organizations.
