This brochure outlines the basics involved to structure corporations to enable access and use of employee generated ideas. Previous to this and similar methodologies, employees would rarely tell employers about their ideas to improve process and profits. This is largely due to three main reasons, 1. The employee would receive little or no remuneration for the implemented idea, 2. The idea could be stolen by another employee, or 3. Job security was threatenned from operating outside the job description. As a result innovation is supressed and the world learns to live with inferior and sometimes harmfull goods and services. The Thinking Corporation change program addresses all of these issues and provides benefits to the employer, employee, customers, all mankind and our environment. An accredited Thinking Corporation can also attract ideas from external entrepreneurs and inventors because of its ability to deal with other people's Intellectual Property. #IndependentConsulting #OrganizationalLearningandEvalCapacityBuilding #BusinessLeadershipandPerformance #2010Conference
