The presentation describes a challenge that exists within non-profit arts organizations, which is the development of evaluation capacity. Though the Board and Staff of the organization with whom I work have the capacity to respond to requests for data from funders of discrete projects, there is need for a larger evaluation context that will assist with strategic planning and provide information about the organization as a whole.
