What does Return on Investment (ROI) analysis really mean and how do we create one? ROI is a term used to describe a variety of different analysis methods, each unique to the program being evaluated. However, at its core, ROI is a financial metric used to indicate the value of the services a program provides. This hands-on workshop will engage participants in exploration and discussion about adding an ROI analysis to an evaluation Request for Proposal (RFP) response. Participants attending this session will be able to: 1. Identify different ways to approach ROI analyses, 2. Understand how the benefits and limitations of each approach lend themselves to specific types of programs/situations, and 3. Recognize the value that ROI analyses can add as a supplement to a more traditional evaluation methodology.#returnoninvestment #CostsEffectivenessBenefitsandEconomics #2016Conference
