Building a successful online presence is like anything else, you have to get the basics right first. This webinar provides a starting point for those familiar with evaluating policies and programs, but unfamiliar with how to approach an evaluation of a program delivered wholly or partially over the internet. This webinar will focus on two fundamental questions. Can people find the website? Can all people, including those with disabilities, access the website? Answering the first question requires search engine optimisation (SEO) testing and the second, testing against website accessibility standards. The webinar will present basic ideas, showcase some tools and checklists, and provide links to resources.
