This webinar, cobranded with the National Minority AIDS Council, will guide users through the development of both GANTT charts and a simple implementation tracking guide using Microsoft Excel software. GANTT charts are used as a visual illustration of the work/task breakdowns pertaining to a given project. An implementation tracker is used to monitor what is intending to be developed (or implemented) such that it actually occurs at the level of rigor expected by the developer. At the conclusion of the webinar, users will be able to create simple GANTT charts and implementation tracking tools for use with their individual projects.
