Theory of Change Online is a free application for drawing, storing, sharing, and learning Theory of Change concepts. If you are interested in learning more about how to use TOCO for planning and evaluation practices, join Dana Taplin, ActKnowledge's Director of Theory of Change and co-designer of Theory of Change Online. Dana will walk us through the basics of the application and provide useful tips for making the most of TOCO’s many features. He will share practical insights for working with TOCO as part of a participatory practice throughout the life of an initiative, and provide an overview of how a TOC provides the foundation for theory-driven evaluation.
