This webinar, cobranded with the National Minority AIDS Council, will walk through how to smoothly change evaluation plans in the middle of a program year and while keeping track of your data. During this time of economic uncertainty, many programs may have to be phased out. While data is a tool to use to help make such decisions (sometimes heart wrenching ones) what about the plans and ways to track these changes in the middle of a change? By the end of this session, participants will receive a refresher in how to do an evaluation plan, how to keep some indicators while changing others, how to account for changes in the plan and how to use this plan to determine the need for programmatic changes or to discontinue a program.
