Webinar Description:
In the Internet age, part of evaluating whether communications are effective can be knowing whether readers took the first step and clicked through on a link to learn more. This can apply to links in an individual email, mass email, newsletters, or across websites. Susan Kistler will demonstrate tools for counting clickthroughs that work across platforms (email, newsletters, etc.), and how to use these tools to compare different communications channels or alternative wordings of communications sent to a split sample. The free tools are great not only to help you to track your evaluand’s communications, but also for using in your own client communications and for empowering your clients to set up a system to use in tracking their own outreach efforts. Susan also will share tips for effective link placement to encourage reading and clickthroughs.
