Presentation from Evaluation 2016 #Eval16 Prior to conducting an evaluation, there are steps you can take to lay the groundwork for a smooth and successful experience. As the evaluator, fostering a positive relationship with the project’s Principal Investigator (PI) allows you to get the information you need to design and conduct the evaluation successfully. This Think Tank will provide a space for new evaluators to talk about the factors in a positive evaluator/PI relationship, discuss ideas for how to start out on the right foot, and the potential benefits of doing so. Participants will use breakout groups to share their own experiences about building relationships with PIs and learn from others' experiences.
