This panel was designed to highlight the need for a culture shift that will support evaluator and other important stakeholders to invest time in discussing evaluation challenges. This panel will discusses the concept of “forensic program evaluation” as a tool for reflection and provides an opportunity for evaluators to “speak truth to power” and gain valuable insight for future projects. This concept is derived from forensic psychology that emphasizes the systematic collection of data from multiple sources to allow a more objective understanding of the various factors that may have influenced a project’s demise.
