Joelle Greene, Ph.D., Senior Research Associate
Joelle is a highly skilled evaluator with more than 20 years of experience in the academic, nonprofit and private sectors. Her evaluation work has focused on everything from early childhood and senior health, housing and homelessness and violence prevention programs serving at-risk youth. Joelle is also adept in quantitative analysis and has expertise in advanced statistical approaches to data modeling.
Before joining Harder+Company in early 2011, Joelle was director of research and evaluation for National Community Renaissance (CORE), a nonprofit developer of affordable housing. She also worked as an independent consultant for other affordable housing service providers, including the National Farm Workers Service Center. Joelle previously serves as executive director of evaluation, research and planning for the Urban Education Partnership, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that seeks to improve the quality of urban schools.
Joelle has served as a technical advisory board member of First 5 San Bernardino, as an advisory board member and evaluation task force for LIFT for Teens and as a board member of the Upland YMCA. She has been a member of the American Evaluation Association since 2005.
