This poster will cover the evolution of progress toward short- and long-term goals in implementing a multi-level federally-funded initiative aimed to increase participation of students from underrepresented populations in gifted and talented (GT) education. It presents program context and the program logic model and focuses on the methodological approaches used to establish indicators of implementation outcomes and development of appropriate instruments aligned with the components of the logic model
