The 2011 Chair and Program Chair for the Crime and Justice TIG is Roger Przybylski.
Mr. Przybylski is a consultant and the founder of RKC Group, a private consulting company that provides research and evaluation services to public and private sector organizations. Prior to forming RKC Group in 1997, Mr. Przybylski held positions in criminal justice agencies at both the state and local levels. He most recently served as associate director of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority. He also has served as coordinator of research for the Chicago Police Department, and as staff to both the Governor's Commission on Gangs in Illinois and the Illinois Task Force on Crime and Corrections. Mr. Przybylski recently authored the publication What Works: Effective Recidivism Reduction and Risk-Focused Prevention Programs, A Compendium of Evidence-Based Options for Preventing New and Persistent Criminal Behavior, which was published by the Colorado Department of Public Safety.
