The extent to which outcome-monitoring data can be useful is highly dependent on the quality of the data program implementers are collecting. In this demonstration, we will introduce attendees to a participatory method of presenting findings that engages program implementers in a reflective process that highlights the importance of data quality. We will explain our approach, provide examples of materials, and demonstrate key activities. Based on our experiences to date, our method provides program implementers with an opportunity to reflect on their data collection practices, identifies data collection issues in a non-confrontational way, and promotes relevant and meaningful steps for change. The main disadvantage to our method is that it requires a substantial time commitment. We believe this method can be used with any organization that is committed to documenting and learning from their program outcomes.#Demonstration #HowTo
