This is the presentation used during Demonstration Session 279 - Deploying a Common Evaluation Framework Applicable to a Variety of College Access and Success Funding and Program Strategies. Demonstration Session Abstract: This session will focus on the development and deployment of a common evaluation framework that applies across an entire organization focused on college access and success. USA Funds, with support from Mission Measurement, LLC developed a common evaluation framework in late 2011 that applies across their major organizational strategies in Access & Outreach (primarily grantmaking and a student mentoring program) as well as Student & School Services (primarily consultative, advisory services with college and universities across the U.S. combined with supporting institutional tools). Key learning points for session participants include: 1) Techniques for building organizational support at all levels for insightful and consistent performance evaluation; 2) Building a common evaluation framework that applies to a variety of strategies; and 3) Executing on a common evaluation plan through collaboration across multiple functions in an organization.
