Abstract: The Cynefin/Cognitive Edge framework distinguishes between simple, complicated, complex and chaotic dynamics of a situation. Each dynamic requires different evaluation methods and even methodologies. Since most evaluation situations contain one or more of these dynamics the question is which evaluation method do you use for what dynamic. This demonstration will highlight some recent work in identifying and using appropriate methods. Participants will have the opportunity to experience two and suggest and discuss others.
