10-29-2012 18:18

Evaluators from the Improve Group, Inc. and a Longitudinal Research Specialist from Prodigy Research will share best practices and lessons learned in longitudinal evaluation studies. Presenters will address challenges, provide tips, and give suggestions on how to successfully track research participants over time as well as share an example of how they have designed a current evaluation integrating best practices in participant tracking. The session will also address issues that can arise when analyzing longitudinal data, especially when the design of the data collection tools and process is out of your hands. The focus will be on how to address some common problems encountered and what can be done in the future to prevent them from occurring. Attendees will be invited to share their own experiences and suggestions for planning for longitudinal evaluation studies and analyzing the data.
