The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Education Council has embarked on an ambitious monitoring and evaluation (M&E) project that will allow it to assess education program outcomes and impacts across the agency, line offices, and programs. In order to build and implement such a system with limited resources, requires the use of different types of informal partnerships. The proposed panel is structured to address the question, “What types of relationships does NOAA establish to execute its evaluation strategy?” The panel will report on the different projects that have been implemented to address portfolio evaluation, outcome measurement, and evaluation capacity-building.#2014Conference #GovernmentEvaluation
