Using six years of detailed, individual-level data about program participation, the West Virginia GEAR UP evaluation team examined implementation to understand how the program operated, how it changed over time, and how it differed across the multiple implementation sites. Evaluators applied recent models from implementation science to develop a strategy for examining the structural and procedural aspects of implementation to help program staff more fully understand their program in practice. The session will describe the models and methods used, the preliminary findings, and the collaborative practices necessary for the collection of the necessary data.#WestVirginia #GEARUP
