The SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework is designed to focus on key outcomes and provide a comprehensive approach to measure and track changes resulting from program efforts across the country. This study describes how the Framework informs evaluation efforts designed to measure how Maine SNAP-Ed interventions influence healthy eating and increased physical activity by changing policies, systems, and environments.
